Beer 003, BOUNDLESS. An ode to our future and these three very special beers to show how boundless our passion for craft beer truly is.

 

A distinguished beer to mark our maturity as a brewery, after 10 years of doing what we love. 10 months have passed between brewing this beer and bottling, during which time our imperial stout has been sitting in bourbon barrels, maturing and developing its flavours. Pouring dark black and catching light with touches of deep ruby, quintessential bourbon spice gives way to sips of treacle and ripe berries. As the warmth builds, we’re left with traces of vanilla pods and dark chocolate liqueur for a distinguished, comforting finish. A celebration of what has been, and what is yet to come, here at SEVEN BRO7HERS.
